STEPPER v1.9

Hello y'all, it's been a while!
As I announced in the previous devlog, development of STEPPER slowed down. Not much more I really wanted to do with the project, but there were some things I was curious of trying:
- STEPPER is now compatible with LSDJs sync protocol. Allowing both STEPPER and LSDJ to be started/stopped from one another. Since I had to reverse engineer the protocol for this to work I don't know if this is 100% compatible, but seems to be working fine so far. There will be more details on this on the main page's documentation.
- This update should fix some save issues found in some emulators, flashcarts (like some ez models) and most notably the Analogue Pocket. They should all be able to identify the save type as SRAM.
- Sync timing should be tighter and less prone to slight desyncs.
- You can now nudge all triggers with B + DPad while the cursor is selecting a channel, which can be pretty fun for live performance.
- New themes created by "nostar" were added.
