STEPPER v1.2

Hello folks!

The past couple of weeks I was working on benchmarking and improving the performance of my rendering functions for the GBA (The could for this can be found here: https://git.badd10de.dev/gba-renderers).  Some of these made a big difference so I decided to port these changes to STEPPER. Version 1.2 includes the new renderer and an improved way of handling inputs. It should feel a bit snappier and should render flawlessly at the maximum refresh rate no matter what. These improvements open the door to better visual feedback (I'm already thinking on some fun things to do, with some animations and other goodies) but also the code (https://git.badd10de.dev/stepper/) is much more pleasant to work with. Other than that you shouldn't expect much of a difference in behavior, but please report any issues you find.

An important thing in this update is that it should sound now way louder, turns out I was testing it at 25 percent volume! I noticed when testing STEPPER in hardware and sampling the audio on a Digitakt (Check out this jam by the way, mixing up the Digitakt, Microbrute and STEPPER: https://badd10de.dev/projects/stepper/stepper-dt-b01.mp3).

And speaking of the 3DS, I've decided to upload a .cia file for easier loading of STEPPER alongside the .gba rom for mGBA emulators or GBA flashcarts.

Anyhow I hope you enjoy the update, and please let me know if you encounter some issues!

Best,
Bad Diode
